We have been treated to the scents of Frangipani and Orange Blossom, Lilac Rose and Geranium from our new line of scented gifts from ABAHNA.  We love their dedication to using only plants grown without chemicals and no nasties in their products.  No wonder this brand is a firm favourite to members of the British Royal Family and Hollywood Celebrities.

As well we have new cards, floral wrapping paper, spring flowers and gifts and accessories for your home and garden.

Floral School –  Thanks

Thanks to all who have attended our Spring Courses so far this year.  We’ve had great time meeting you all and seeing your creations. Next up we have ‘Floral Wedding Design’, ‘Flowers with Mum’, Bee keeping with guest Sue Bird and Easter Gift Wrapping with guest Jane Means. For those who haven’t booked, we may have some spaces still available so please get in touch. For those who are joining us, it will be lovely to see some familiar faces and welcome new ones too.

We have some amazing new courses for you to try this spring.  We’ve been inspired by all areas of interest such as Valentines and Mothers day so have created some lovely courses that you can attend learning all there is to know about working with flowers and seasonal foliage using baskets and vases and much more.

I know my mother would love to attend the ‘Flowers with Mum’ course.  We thought what a great way to spend time making arrangements with each other, as a special treat were offering a special price of £85 for  two people! spaces are limited so hurry !!!

Also what I’ve really been looking forward to is our ‘Creative Design’ workshop focusing on designing large displays for events and functions. Great if you know anyone getting married and your helping out with the floral arrangements, for whatever reason this is the course to come on. You will learn how to create the most stunning displays for home or anywhere. no-one will believe you’ve made it  yourself!

…….then we have cool ‘Easter Gift Wrapping’ course with the lovely Jane Means another ‘well worth it’ course if you want to know how to wrap awkward shaped pressies using every day materials.

I’ve always fancied keeping Bee’s well now is my chance to see if I would be any good as we have now finalised a date with local apiarist Sue Bird who is going to  go through all this with us on her course in March.

Thank you so much for all your support over the last few months, we had barely anytime to rest before we were thinking of Spring flowers and lazy summer days.

We had a fab time with everyone who joined us in wreath making, fireplace arrangements and lots more. We enjoyed seeing you all create such beautiful displays and look forward to seeing your displays for 2012.

We have updated our Facebook site with pictures from our wreath making classes so please have a look.

Our SALE has started (whilst stock lasts) so please call in if you had your eyes on anything in particular.

Ooooo and Spring Launch is scheduled for the beginning of February, where we will be introducing all our new stock and glorious new lines. We’re thinking SPRING GREENS, Luscious, colourful accessories for your home and garden plus beautiful spring flowers and foliage.

As many of you may have seen, we are currently very busy getting everything ready in our new store which will be in Winslow, in Buckinghamshire. It’s a great location and wonderful old building which will be full of gorgeous things for the Home & Garden. Details of our workshops in the school will be posted shortly, including special courses for Christmas. We open on the 22nd September and are looking forward to welcoming customers, old and new.
